As President & CEO, Keith oversees all TPA operations encompassing claims, policyholder services as well as ancillary services. Keith has 40 years of experience in commercial insurance with a focus on alternative market solutions including self-funded group and individual programs, captive, and mutual insurance companies.

Keith began his career in London and moved to the US in 1986, working mainly in the areas of excess casualty, reinsurance and the management of association insurance programs and mutual insurance companies. Keith originally joined Brentwood Services in 1992, took over the leadership of BrentRe in 2008 and was Executive Vice President of Brentwood Services Administrators prior to his current role.

Keith earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional insurance designation awarded by the American Institute for CPCU along with the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designations given by the Insurance Institute of America. Keith was a founding Board member of the Tennessee Captive Insurance Association (TCIA) and is an active board member of the Alabama Captive Insurance Association (ACIA).

Collette joined Brentwood Services, Inc. in 2008 and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2016. As CFO, Collette has financial management responsibility for the for the companies within the Brentwood Services group. These responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, coordination of outside exams and audits for clients. In addition to corporate financial oversight, Collette oversees general and statutory accounting services for insurance company and self-insured group clients.

Prior to joining Brentwood Services, Collette held key financial management positions including Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for a western states worker’s compensation TPA and Treasurer and Controller of its affiliated P&C insurance companies. Collette graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University. She currently volunteers for the Insurance Accounting and System Association, a non-profit education association that strives to enhance the knowledge of insurance professionals as the Director of Career Skills Development.

John is one of BSA’s longest-tenured employees, beginning his career with the company in 1992 working as an adjuster, supervisor and regional claim director before moving into sales. John was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2015. His claims experience is invaluable in demonstrating to clients and prospective clients the capabilities and wide array of services offered by BSA. John has been instrumental in assisting BSA in its growth by developing and securing many high profile clients while enhancing BSA’s reputation throughout the marketplace.

John is a graduate of David Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. John earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, a professional insurance designation awarded by the American Institute for CPCU, an independent, nonprofit educational organization. He also earned the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation, given by the Insurance Institute of America, and the Associate in Risk Management Designation (ARM).

Mark leads BSA’s claims team overseeing customer service, claims settlement and risk management solutions for clients. His career has spanned 34 years and been shaped by working with carriers, agents and brokers. This diverse background enables Mark to bring a unique perspective to his role.

Prior to joining BSA, Mark worked with Arthur J. Gallagher as the Director of Claims for a medical malpractice captive. He has worked with CNA as a Trainer in their claims department and with Willis as a National Accounts Manager for fronted programs. Mark began his career in the early 80s with Safeco, which was known for their training initiatives. Mark is an honors graduate of the University of North Alabama, where he was named a member of the Gulf South All-Conference baseball team in 1978. He is an active volunteer with numerous community outreach programs.

Dawn joined Brentwood Services, Inc. in 1994 and brings her 30 years of experience to the reinsurance brokerage and underwriting operations. Building on her wide range of experience Dawn manages the insurance brokerage and reinsurance operations for BrentRe working with a broad range of clients. These include association programs, insurance companies, including captives and commercial accounts who utilize self-insurance, large deductible insurance and alternative risk financing programs. Dawn also oversees an underwriting unit dedicated to a mutual insurance client.

Dawn came to Brentwood from a prominent Nashville insurance agency and began her career with USF&G insurance company. In additional to the Chartered Property & Casualty (CPCU) and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations awarded by the Insurance Institute of America, Dawn holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designations. Dawn is a licensed insurance agent for property, casualty, life, accident and health lines.

A diversified Information Technology professional with over 20 years of IT experience , Steven joined the Brentwood Services organization in 2010 and serves as the Chief Information Officer. Steven works within the senior management team to implement processes which help to execute the vision and strategy of the organization. Prior to joining BSA, Steven was the Information Technology Manager at the Kentucky School Boards Association. Steven has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry including property/casualty and health with in-depth experience across all CISSP domains.

Neil joined Brentwood Services, Inc. in May of 2003 as benefit specialist. In 2005 he took on the role of operations specialist. Neil works closely with our Human Resources Department in a variety of benefit related areas and also has responsibilities for various functions related to key operational aspects of the company. He is responsible for conducting regular loss analysis for our accounts including management reports to our clients as well as monitoring the reporting and collection of excess recoveries on behalf of our clients.

Neil has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry including work with major insurance carriers and third party administrators. Prior to joining Brentwood Services, Neil served as Operations Director with Willis Administrative Services.
