Our employees own 49% of our business and feel a strong sense of connection to their work and our clients.

This is why we are so pleased to say that our nearly 300 employees are still with us and going strong during this uncertain time.
We are not entirely unaffected by the COVID-19 crisis, but disruption has been minimal. Our clients are able to access their data and claimants are still receiving their benefits. Our talented IT staff has worked tirelessly to make sure that every single one of our home-based employees was equipped with everything they needed in order to perform their jobs from anywhere. Our emphasis on innovative technology and recently upgraded platform allowed this process to be seamless and greatly increased our ability to work from anywhere while still maintaining a secure environment.
Now, more than ever, employers, municipalities and insurers need a TPA that can be there for them. Our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation has allowed us to expand our capabilities in the areas of telemedicine, telerehab, and more efficient methods of payment. 30 years of business is a milestone we are incredibly proud of, and we look forward to continued excellent service to our clients.
